We would love to welcome your family to our home in Chincoteague. Blue Skies delivers more than a hope for wonderful weather. It is a home originally built by a family part of the history of Chincoteague and remodeled to accommodate a comfortable stay. Semi-gourmet kitchen, WiFi, smart TV, cable, washer and dryer, and air conditioning.

Clean up for a crowd is possible with three options. Two full bathrooms with tubs and an additional outdoor shower for quick rinse for sandy days at the beach. The outdoor shower with quick entrance to the back of the house is stocked with soap and shampoo. One full bathroom is located near the second bedroom. The master bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower is part of the master suite on the upper floor.

The home sleeps seven to eight. The master suite has a queen size bed. The second bedroom provides two twin-XL beds. Due to the odd size sheets are provided for these two beds. The climate controlled sunroom stores two twin cots with a double option padded mattress. Under the master bed is a twin size 6 inch foam mattress movable to any room. The sectional couch in the living room provides room best for up to three children. Bring top sheets and blankets for the couch option.

Your fur-members will enjoy a climate-controlled indoor/outdoor kennel, a dog bed, one crate and a fenced yard to roam. Up to two dogs will be allowed each less than 100 pounds.

There is a fire pit, plenty of parking, and many extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Cooking is a delight with top-of-the-line appliances including a microwave, steam pot, hotel style waffle maker, crock pot, mixer, toaster, blender, coffee pot, lots of dishes, complete set of pots, knives and utensils. The table opens up to accommodate everyone. The living room, the climate controlled porch and open deck provide three areas to gather. The home is located 0.7 miles from Memorial Park and the Fireman’s Carnival is 1.2 miles away. In season, take the evening trolley from Memorial Park for any evening spot on the island.

• Maximum Occupancy for this home is eight (8) people and must not be exceeded.
• No Smoking allowed in home.
• No Pets allowed at the Wildlife Refuge.
• Limit of 2 dogs allowed with maximum weight limit of 100 pounds.
• 50% of the rental rate is required when reservation is made.
• The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Check in is 4:00 p.m.
• Check out is 10:00 a.m.
• $300.00 refundable damage deposit is required.
• $100 refundable pet damage deposit required per dog.
• Please bring your own linens (1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Twin Foam Mattress), towels, washcloths, and kitchen linens.
