Eagle's View is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, centrally air conditioned, waterfront home that sleeps up to 11 people with 3 queens, 1 double, and 4 twin beds, and is the perfect location for the nature lovers in your family. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, and spend long summer days photographing the many kinds of wildlife that can be found at this home. Beautiful birds, waterfowl, and even the frequent sightings of the grazing ponies can be enjoyed by one and all. For the watermen in the family enjoy fishing, crabbing, and boating from the private, lighted dock that is just outside the screen porch that can be found on the ground floor. The screen porch offers shade from the sun, Gas grill, hammock and outdoor shower. A large deck sits just outside of the living room on the second floor for outdoor entertainment, and has plenty of table seating and Adirondack Chairs for relaxing. The third floor balcony is the perfect spot for curling up with a good book and a cup of coffee. The main living area boasts a spacious living room with cathedral ceiling, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a powder room. The kitchen is well appointed with microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker/grinder, food processor, Kitchen Aid mixer, lobster/clam steamer, bread maker, ice cream maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils and much more. On the third level you will find a loft with TV area and sleep sofa, a "catwalk" that leads to the 3rd level waterfront balcony, 2 bedrooms of 2 twin beds, and a large shared bath. Cable TV, Phone, Wifi, books, games, movies, VCR/DVD players, and 4 color TV's are furnished for your enjoyment. Please bring your own linens (3 queens, 1 double, 4 twins) and towels. There is a washer and dryer provided for your convenience. We ask that you leave the home in a neat and tidy condition. This home has a NO Smoking and a NO Pets policy.
